Experience: 7+ Years in Relevant Industries.
CTC: Best in Industry.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in construction, commercial interior fit-outs, workplace design and build, architecture, or allied industries.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction technologies, modular systems, and project execution processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital site management, monitoring, and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Requirements
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Head – Project Experimentation to drive innovation in construction materials, project execution methodologies, technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to improve project quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and execution timelines across workplace design and build projects.
Key Responsibilities
Materials Research & Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative building materials, finishes, modular systems, and construction solutions.
Technology & Process Innovation: Drive the adoption of automation, emerging construction technologies, and digital tools to enhance project execution.
Project Execution Excellence: Optimise site operations, labour productivity, resource utilisation, quality standards, project costs, and delivery timelines.
Digital Monitoring & Analytics: Implement digital site management tools, performance dashboards, real-time monitoring, and data-driven reporting systems.
Standardisation & Collaboration: Develop scalable best practices and collaborate with design, architecture, procurement, and project execution teams to implement successful innovations.
